Twin City Plating Quality Policy:
Through continuous improvement, TCP will refine the effectiveness of our process by maintaining an ISO 9001:2015 compliant quality system. Achievement of this policy involves all staff, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the President, Plant/Operations Manager or the Quality Manager. Company leadership is responsible for the quality system. The Quality Manager is responsible for operation controls of the Quality System. |
